  • Carry out full-cycle recruitment for a variety of specialized careers in the all the fields.
  • Headhunt IT/ Non-IT professionals in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Financial, and other industries.
  • Maintain good rapport with the HR department, stakeholders and other management.
  • Establish contacts and collaborate with an average of 100 candidates a day through cold-calling, social media networking, and through hunting on Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
  • Generate, organize and diligently recruit referrals from current and former employees.
  • Establish contacts with former contract employees not currently on assignment, to comply with staffing needs.
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
  • Carry out selection procedures to assess and streamline qualified applicants and test appropriate specialties.
  • Conduct reference check on new hires and assisted back office and end-clients in completing background checks to ensure complete authenticity.
  • Manage applications for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Constantly refine skills and techniques of recruiting and resource hunting.
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary recruiting trends and social media analytics of recruiting.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of candidates for contract and direct hiring placements through fostering interpersonal relationships with candidates.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to post new requisitions weekly.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking System, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
