Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.

 

Client IM Operations:

This Operations group supports the equity, fixed income, liquidity and alternative businesses for Client Investment Management , providing middle-office services including portfolio manager support, client services, portfolio transitions, market registration, security reference data management, trades settlement and performance and attribution analysis. Client IM Operations also provides mutual fund support, derivative processing, and counterparty and credit event management

 

India Regulatory Reporting Team

India Regulatory Reporting team provides support to the EMEA Reg Reporting for Post Trade Transparency Reporting (PTTR), Transaction Reporting (TR), ASIC/EMIR/MAS and SFTR reporting activities. The team is also involved in providing Monthly/Quarterly KRI/KPI Reporting to Senior Management and Fund Boards.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for day-to-day tasks, resolution of issues, as well as longer term projects.

•        Preparation of various Regulatory Reports accurately and ensuring all supporting documents are properly maintained.

•        Maintain a clear focus on enhancing control and continuously improving and reducing operational risks.

•        Interaction with stakeholders on a regular basis.

•        Involvement in projects related to the job function and liaising with IT on automation projects

•        Time management and prioritizing of activities as situation demands.

•        Adhering to Service level agreements with global counterparts to ensure deliverables are signed off as per agreed timelines.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

•        Ideal candidate should have up to 3-5 years of experience in Capital Markets. Having knowledge of all these regimes would be added advantage i.e. MIFID2, ASIC/EMIR /MAS and SFTR. 

•        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred) and demonstrated, proven experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role.

 

 Must to have skills

1. Have worked in any of these Regulatory Reporting Regime: ASIC, MAS, EMIR, SEC, CFTC, Canada, MIFID, SFTR.

 

2. Can look from candidates from middle office or confirmation team.

3. Only from Investment Banking (not retail banking)
