Description

CWR – Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance management process.

The Performance and Reward (P&R) Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of P&R products and processes.  You will work in close partnership with Divisional Human Resource (HR), Central (P&R), HR Platforms, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the design and delivery of end-to-end global group wide processes and projects
  • Hands on support for product specialists and Divisional Performance & Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes, or policies e.g., project tracking, planning, etc        
  • Collaborate with product teams to prepare reference materials that will be helpful for managers, employees & any other HR support functions in the use of any P&R product or process e.g., updating HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, training etc
  • Supporting the delivery, implementation and embedding of P&R products and processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation e.g., Performance, skills building, QA, CFI, etc
  • Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors
  • Ensure the performance related mailboxes and tickets are monitored on a daily basis and action the same
  • Partner with HRIT & other relevant teams on a regular basis to incorporate the process and system changes that are happening within the HR systems.
  • Ensure to adhere all the relevant KOP’s and keep them updated as required.

 

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a HR environment (Reward/Performance experience preferred) and HR systems
  • Experience in large multisite / global organisations, process design, delivery and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-location team
  • A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Confident working with stakeholders across seniority levels
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in Service Now & JIRA tools will be an advantage
  • Must have an eye for details when working on any data checks are performed in Workday
