End user/Desktop support engineer with 5-6 year experience.
Should have good experience in Desktop/laptop support, printers AV & telecommunication devices.
Hands on experience with installation/configuration of Windows 10, Microsoft Office365 & other desktop applications
Experience in OS imaging process, scripting.
Experience in supporting remote and mobile connectivity technologies (VPN )
Good understanding of ITIL process & experience in service desk tools
Level 1 Network & Windows server administration support
Strong PC/Laptop troubleshooting skills.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
