Job Description

  • To drive a team of four core department in operations:- Check out, Cash Office ,Receiving and Membership & Marketing
  • To take overall in charge of Store Operations for the smooth functioning of the store & driving operational excellence
  • Graduate with MBA (preferable MBA – Operations)
  • Advanced knowledge in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • 7 to 9 years of experience in handling teams
  • Preferable if candidate has handled ASO team (Army Sales officer team)
  • Targeted companies – Retail & FMCG
  • Taking Care of Documentation of all the stock receipts
  • Monitoring critical KPIs – Stock/shelf availability (Top 1000 items) & Vendor service levels
  • Managing key Member Segments like Resellers, HoReCa & O&I, initiatives within the area for Regular Buying Members, Irregular BM and lapsers.
  • Conducting various activities to drive members to store e.g.:- Bus drive, Halla bol, Tele calling or various other member engagement activities
