Security Administrations

  • Provides 24*7 global supports across US, UK, India, China, Mexico and many other countries.
  • Responsible for managing logical security accesses for human and non-human user accounts, folders access and various application accesses
  • Ensures security requests and incidents are processed within the defined SLA
  • Co-ordination with IT functional teams and users to perform the job
  • Resolving queries of the global clients through Cherwell tickets, Phone calls, Skypes

 

  • Actively participate in Identifying and Providing trainings to new joiners and team mates
  • Creating, updating and maintaining the Process documents
  • Keep informed and Update the team for any process, document or system changes
  • Understand the criticality of the role and be proficient in provisioning or guiding the customers.
  • Expected to think and drive process improvement and automation ideas
  • Monitor the work queue and prioritize the work to meet the SLA

 

Information Security

  • Understand the increased responsibility of having the access to sensitive data and critical work
  • Drive the Information security monitoring, assessment and awareness activities/events
  • Tracking and reporting of policy violations and Security incidents

 

Your Role

 This role involves the responsibility of Logical Access management (Creation, deletion and modification) for business-critical applications and managing infrastructure Accounts (Active directory, Exchange, LDAP, Remote Access, Mainframe etc.)

  • Creation, deletion and modifications of accounts across 100s of applications
  • Use Oracle and Identity manager system for access requests
  • Ensures all documented procedures are followed in Accounts provisioning
  • Ensuring the process comply with audit and compliance requirements
  • Build and Develop Domain and Process Knowledge Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
