Job Description

  • Between 5 to 7.7 years of experience
  • Should be technically very strong (SAS, SQL, Excel)
  • Should be from cards analytics (not cards risk analytics)
  • Business Analytics side not modelling

Responsibilities:

  • Analytic Project Execution:
    • Understand business priorities and work out data driven solutions
    • Hands-on execution on a variety of projects using conventional analytical techniques, deliver on multiple projects & ability to manage timelines around them
    • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices
    • Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights
    • End to end project management and communication with partners
    • Coach and Mentor junior members
  • Develop business context and knowledge. Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning
  • Strong Business acumen and ability to correlate analytics and business
  • Understand Business context. Independently Conceptualize and execute analytical solutions
  • Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
 
 
Qualifications
 

Education: 

  • MBA/Master degree in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics/Information Technology/computer Applications/Engineering from a premier institute. BTech /B.E in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Applications

Experience: 

  • 4-7.7 years
  • Analytical Skills 
  • Hands-on working with data
  • Hypothesis testing
  • Basic Statistics
  • Formulate Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data

Tools and Platforms: 

  • MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • SAS, SQL

Domain Skills: 

  • In depth understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management (Acquisitions/engagement/Customer retention)
  • Knowledge of Credit Card PnL

Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills
  • Strong process/project management skills
