Candidate with experience in Credit cards and in personal loans, Channel sales too.
- Delivering acquisition plans for Personal Loans and Cards
- Responsible for selling the entire gamut of PL and Citibank Fee Cards to the customer after assessing customer segment & sourcing strategy
- Leading & Managing performance of a team of 40-50 - outsourced Sales FTE to deliver & achieve plan nos
- Managing out sourced Channels to deliver the product nos
- To forge partnerships with corporates for achieving incremental sales volumes
- Creation of new sourcing channels and Business Development to expand the target market within approved segments – micro marketing events, activity to generate new to bank databases for calling and sourcing
- Ensure quality and minimize upfront rejects to control operating costs
- Run and operate tele sales channel with full focus on bank laid processes and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit
- Test & execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable & sustainable alternate channels
- Ensure compliance and integrity of the Distribution w.r.t. recruitment, sourcing and documentation and any other parameter, variable.
