Job Description


  • End user/Desktop support engineer with 5-6 year experience. 
  • Should have good experience in Desktop/laptop support, printers AV & telecommunication devices. 
  • Hands on experience with installation/configuration of Windows 10, Microsoft Office365 & other desktop applications 
  • Experience in OS imaging process, scripting. 
  • Experience in supporting remote and mobile connectivity technologies (VPN ) 
  • Good understanding of ITIL process & experience in service desk tools 
  • Level 1 Network & Windows server administration support 
  • Strong PC/Laptop troubleshooting skills. 
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
