Key responsibilities and duties

The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for requested positions as per the requirements; the recruiter also reviews, reformats and sends resumes to Sr. Technical Recruiter/Assistant Team Leader – Domestic staffing. Below are the duties and requirements of a technical recruiter.

  • Source, screen, evaluate, schedule interview, line up candidates and follow up on the same
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical / any job requirement / requirements
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
  • Format resumes meeting external / internal client expectations
  • Research new technologies
  • Follow up with candidates and keep them up to date with the information
  • Knowledge of various job portals and social sites eg, Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, etc
  • Timely updation of various client trackers and HRTP, with 95% accuracy

  • Fluent in spoken & written English and able to take part in discussions
  • Good team member and should be able to work in team
  • Understand the detail of requirement
  • Think proactively and ability to solve the problem.
  • Should be able to work within given deadlines
