Job Description:
Formulates & documents Asset protection policies & processes in alignment. Refines the AP processes to control shrink in Best Practice.
Training – Participate in imparting AP training at store management level
Maintain the confidentiality of the data.
Work cross functionally in store with a range of teams to capture feedback and leverage this insight to drive continuous improvement of current AP content.
Participate in process improvement projects, monitor them and run pilot testing
Monitor and manage completion of required periodic audits and/or surveys (e • .g. Shrink Safety and Compliance Review, Operational Audits etc).
Develop and maintain rapport with all levels of management in the Company. Communicate internally and externally using different methods (e.g., one-on-one, e-mail, meetings, phone calls, written documentation) to promote and maintain open communication.
Enforce asset protection procedures, Risk Control requirements, and all applicable Company guidelines.
Ensure the Company policies and procedures related to the detection, apprehension, and processing of shoplifters are followed.
Manage processes to ensure goals are met in the areas of safety, Security, Investigation loss, shrinkage, expenses, quality, productivity, and people measurements.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduate
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 3 years in Retail operations and LOss
