Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and execute sourcing plan for identifying potential candidates.
Source and screen potential candidates for contract openings through multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region
Conduct preliminary technical and HR interview to assess technical, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc
Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
