May provide administrative support for multiple areas of the human resources function, including payroll, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
Provide support on a range of other processes which could include Employee Onboarding, Employee Service Awards, Tuition Reimbursement, Performance Management, Employee Terminations, Unemployment Compensation and Verification of Employment.
Must be able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize work load to complete assigned deliverables within the allocated timeline.
Possess a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction.
Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required.
Familiarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
Provide support to HR colleagues, executives, managers and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through calls and emails.
Provide routine information to internal clients on HR processes and policies.
Support the Learning & Development organization with training administration duties including course scheduling, training logistics including room preparation and course supplies and training vendor liaison.
