Job Description

  • May provide administrative support for multiple areas of the human resources function, including payroll, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
  • Provide support on a range of other processes which could include Employee Onboarding, Employee Service Awards, Tuition Reimbursement, Performance Management, Employee Terminations, Unemployment Compensation and Verification of Employment.
  • Must be able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work load to complete assigned deliverables within the allocated timeline.
  • Possess a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction.
  • Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
  • Provide support to HR colleagues, executives, managers and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through calls and emails.
  • Provide routine information to internal clients on HR processes and policies.
  • Support the Learning & Development organization with training administration duties including course scheduling, training logistics including room preparation and course supplies and training vendor liaison.
