Daily Client communication
•Candidate feedback (Top 10 Candidates)
•Candidate Follow up (All Shortlisted Candidates)
•Interview feedback follow up
•Interview confirmation
•Offer email & Offer acceptance
•Start details
?Stay in constant touch with SDM for any query or concern or help will be required on candidate perspective.
?Stay in touch with assigned SDM if they have any query on quality of any approved resume by SDM on their clients.
?Shares Priorities on daily basis or based on Weekly update call with SDM & team so they can work with delivery team to cover them.
?Take care of all VMO/Client calls (Includes Weekly update call/Spotlight call/Supplier call etc.)
?Shares details/updates over email to delivery team.
?Follow up with respective SDM if submission is not there on any Rec in first 4-6 hours on respective position.
?Stays in touch with SDM on open cases to get updates from On-boarding team regarding progress of paperwork.
?Updates Client/VMO on progress of Paperwork after offer is accepted and helps SDM to get start details.
?Does monthly meeting with SDM & respective delivery team to share improvement areas or updates or knowledge sharing of client.
