You have to form a good relationship with key decision makers within target markets with the end goal of securing new business and increasing overall client revenue.
You are responsible for updating respective SDM about every new requirement which falls under them.
You are responsible on a day-to-day basis for complete Client communication including candidate feedback, Interview feedback follow-up, interview confirmation, offer email, start details & all communication which is happening with VMO/Client & A/AM for all activities.
You have to stay in constant touch with SDM for any query or concern or help will be required from the candidate's perspective.
You have to speak with the assigned SDM if they have any query on the quality of any approved resume by SDM on their clients.
You must share Priorities daily or based on Weekly update calls with SDM & team so they can work with the delivery team to cover them.
You are responsible for taking care of all VMO/Client calls (Including weekly update calls/Spotlight calls/Supplier calls etc.) and sharing details/updates over email to the delivery team. If AM is having other calls, SDM/TL & delivery team takes care of same and shares details with the team.
You have to contact the respective SDM if they are not able to see any submission in the first 4-6 hours on the respective position.
You will take care of Offer closing and moving to on-boarding to complete paperwork and keep the client updated on acceptance and progress.
You are responsible for updating Client/VMO on the progress of Paperwork after the offer is accepted and helping SDM to get start details.
You will do monthly meetings with SDM & respective delivery teams to share improvement areas or updates or knowledge sharing of clients.
