Position DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on, skilled UX Developer to join the Workplace Support Services (WSS) to manage and contribute to all aspects of application development, including functional, technical specifications, design, and developmentWho are we looking for Masters or bachelors degree or equivalent.

A highly determined, effective communicator, proactive and experienced UI/UX designer.

If you are, you must have Proven Experience as a UX designer, had ownership of the product and understood what it takes to create awesome user-oriented experiences.

Strategic Mindset to come up with great solutions to complex design problems and communicate the rationale (WHY) behind them.

Ability to think at a high level at every step of the way, understanding how to prove maximum impact with lower effort and not simply by executing.

Ability to understand the feedback clearly, deconstruct the requirements and interpret research and translate them into simple and intuitive designs.

Web Development Skills

HTML, CSS/SASS, responsive interfaces and JavaScript and familiarity with JS Framework like VueJS.

Ability to visually communicate an idea by creating quick, low fidelity mockups as pencil sketches.

Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools like Balsmiq and Adobe XD.

Should have hands on working experience on UI frameworks HTML5, CSS, Angular or UI frameworks.

Proficient with visual design and collaboration programs such as Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Zeplin or Invision.

Lead user studies and UX research to help refine and fine-tune the apps towards product goals.

Exposure to working within a global delivery team

Experience in iterative/agile development
