SAP Support Manager - Mumbai

Desired Candidate Profile

BE/MCA/MBA

SAP certification in FICO, SD, MM, Basis/ABAP preferable

Hands on experience on SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM) as Techno-Functional

Knowledge on SAP Landscape Administration - Dev, Quality/Test, Production servers

Sound knowledge on change request management (Code rollout between Dev -> Test/Quality -

> Production)

Hands on development experience of small technical requirements - ABAP

Good exposure on understanding of interfaces with other business applications, SaaS

applications and must have ability to guide the development

Job Description

Understand and manage SAP hosted Servers with help of the service provider (Dev,

Quality/Test, Production), improve the performance of servers/ scripts developed / reports

Understand and execute patch management, recommending version upgrades, backup and

storage and general administration of SAP servers

Knowledge on SAP Landscape Administration - Dev, Quality/Test, Production servers

Coordinating with IT users and maintain high standards of service delivery to facilitate a

smooth functioning of all the modules

Manage all support vendors and helpdesks to ensure very low turnaround time (SLA
