3. Collaborate with development and testing teams for unit and functional testing
4. Create and update KEDB and knowledge articles
5. Comply with client's training requirements, abide to GIT security, and related standards
6. Functional and Technical Analysis of extended runs, recurring issues, performance issues, data volumes, job failures and other problem areas
7. Monitoring and Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Month end activities to Business and IT stakeholders
