Roles & Responsibility:
§ Organize complex information into hierarchies, flows, taxonomies, or other structures to clearly convey information to learners.
§ Knowledge of andragogical learning principles and other notable learning design philosophies, strategies and theories, and the ability to apply those concepts to digital learning.
§ Recommend learning solutions and learning modalities based on analysis of learning goals, organizational and technological constraints, and schedule considerations.
§ Use a variety of learning modalities to optimize learning experiences.
§ Analytical, logic and problem–solving skills for analysing and identifying user needs, proposing solutions and logically organising complex information.
§ Develop innovative formative and summative evaluation tools.
§ Develop learning solution documentation (e.g., storyboards, job aids, design plan documents);
§ Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and document concepts, processes, work tasks, and related subject matter.
§ Draft scripts, narration, text and other content for learning solutions.
§ Coordinate, manage and execute all necessary aspects of eLearning development and maintain an advanced understanding of trends and best practices
§ Collaborate with Instructional Designers to storyboard module based on SME input
§ Research, organize and create content in logical eLearning sequences for maximum learner retention
§ Collaborate with Graphic Designers to leverage graphics and animations as needed to elevate the learning experience
§ Create custom graphics and animations as needed to elevate the learning experience
§ Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications for mobile and desktop learning, as well as brand guidelines and industry best practices
§ Thoroughly test, debug and troubleshoot across multiple devices and browsers
§ Design and build module while incorporating stakeholder feedback
§ Proficiency with various eLearning tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.) and solid knowledge of responsive design and advanced actions, and Learning Management Systems (i.e. Cornerstone)
§ Intermediate to advanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5 and CSS and strong knowledge of effective Instructional Design, using either ADDIE or SAM methodology
§ Educational Qualification – Graduate
§ Skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline
§ Desired Skills: HTML, AfterEffects, Java Script
