Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform. Develop the technical Design, custom solution and system design based on force.com platform
• Participate in technical design sessions; document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives and follow architectural guidance
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
• Understand the current client's organization and system landscape
• Review Functional Requirement Specification document
• Participate in design validation and identify any gaps
• Implement Design Changes
• Understand the deep rooted problems and conduct technical refactoring of the code and components as required. Provide Recommendations for the refactoring opportunities post analysis of some high priority issues.
• Experience in interacting with the end users in understanding PROD issues and supporting in L2/L3 Analysis and Fixes
• Support Production Incident Analysis on Deployed SF Portals and Core Functionalities.
• Follow recommended technical best practices

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 3-4 years of experience
• Understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite focused on Salesforce 1, Service Cloud, Lightning and Communities
• Configuration experience using the Salesforce.com point-and-click developer interface
• Experience of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex
• Understanding of the Salesforce Communities data security model
• Experience in building Salesforce Communities using Community Builder and Force.com sites
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Working Experience in creating Lightning components and building Custom Lightning UI.
• Familiarity with agile / SAFe software delivery methodologies
• Experience in interacting with the end users in understanding PROD issues and supporting in L2/L3 Analysis and Fixes
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Active Salesforce.com certified developer and/or admin as a minimum
