Job Description
Note:
Specific/ mandatory skills: Finacle online banking (FEBA)
Open to consider fresher candidates (Yes/No): No
Project duration: 12 months (BAU support and will be renewed year by year)
Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Work from Home at present (Yes/No): Hybrid model
Responsibilities:
Liaise with business/users on all issues and requirements and carry out 1
st
level of analysis on the requirements / issues along with L2 support teams (TDI teams)
Service request/Complaint and query management across IPB India applications (satellite applications, mobile banking, UPI and internet banking) with support from L2 support teams
SPOC for all queries raised by branch service teams and relationship managers
Carry out testing of all system product functionalities and revert to users with feasibility and applicability and take it forward till implementation
Manage all system parameters and backend update requests for users as per process
Support adhoc DR and TRC projects with thorough testing
Ensure the stability of the application by ensuring the RCA for every incident.
Periodic MIS presentation and escalation of issues to product owners and senior management
