Job Description


  • Specific/ mandatory skills: Finacle online banking (FEBA)

  • Project duration: 12 months (BAU support and will be renewed year by year)
  • Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work from Home at present (Yes/No): Hybrid model


  • Liaise with business/users on all issues and requirements and carry out 1st level of analysis on the requirements / issues along with L2 support teams (TDI teams)
  • Service request/Complaint and query management across IPB India applications (satellite applications, mobile banking, UPI and internet banking) with support from L2 support teams
  • SPOC for all queries raised by branch service teams and relationship managers
  • Carry out testing of all system product functionalities and revert to users with feasibility and applicability and take it forward till implementation
  • Manage all system parameters and backend update requests for users as per process
  • Support adhoc DR and TRC projects with thorough testing
  • Ensure the stability of the application by ensuring the RCA for every incident.
  • Periodic MIS presentation and escalation of issues to product owners and senior management
