Credit Complex COO – Expense Management



Position Description:  


  • Vendor invoice processing and payments
  • Making sure all vendor payments are done in timely manner and reconciled
  • Making sure expenses are attributed to right clients and sales teams
  • Working closely with sales teams to understand different types of expenses and client attribution
  • Working with Finance and account payables on payments and reporting if needed
  • Helping the team with other tasks in COO team – Financial reporting, revenue updates, commentaries and client feedback
  • Managing trade reference data for sales, traders, clients, etc.


Skills / Attributes required (essential)


  • 3 -5 years of experience in vendor payments and expense managements
  • Good excel and reconciliation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Fixed Income business, credit products
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Working hours: 1pm to 11pm
