Job Description Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Enabler supports the delivery of the bank’s internal and external recruitment and internal mobility activities.
  • Responsibilities may include candidate management, new hire and local to local onboarding, document and contract management, transaction management, ensuring HR systems are updated and employee system profiles are set up, processing of invoices and involvement in day one orientation activities.
  • The Talent Acquisition Enabler may also be responsible for background screening to validate candidate background in compliance with applicable regulatory and local legal requirements as detailed in the requisite HR policy, performing checks and validation of screening reports and escalating discrepancies, including immigration compliance where applicable.
