RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Data Analysis / Reconciliation

  • Deliver objective analysis of error trends and opportunities. -- identify root cause
  • Resolve recon exceptions/discrepancies and document the resolution process
  • Validate data integrity is maintained in client facing displays
  • Assist the management team in developing metrics to show progress / completion of data analysis / reconciliation
  • Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable

 

Process Improvements & Procedures

  • Assist the management team in improving metrics
  • Analyze operational/technology processes for gaps, inefficiencies, potential redundancies and improvement opportunities
  • Develop trending reports & standard benchmarks for metrics; providing guidelines for identifying issues

 

Project Work

  • A good understanding of Operations, Technology and Risk
  • Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents
  • Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the progress / completion of functionality testing
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, and W9 tax documentation
  • Knowledge of 1099 and 1042-S reporting
  • Excellent written and communication, organization and time management skills
  • Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities
  • Demonstrate ownership and sense of urgency in resolving inquiries and issues

  • Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
