Job Description:

  • Keep information confidential
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry in the software and excel sheets.
  • Entering employee details from source documents within time limits into the software
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Reconcile data points and provide reports as and when requested

Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Proven data entry work experience,
  • as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Good Communication skills
