Job Description & Org Chart

·         Identify, maintain and manage a complete list of all relevant industry events for participation opportunities in multiple regions

·         Manage the logistics for our exhibits and sponsorships at third party events, ensuring our brand is represented and leads have been obtained, coordinating assets and deliverables in a timely manner.

·         Execute an end-to-end demand generation strategy including outreach to existing customers and new contact acquisition through organic and paid channels.

·         Ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines for all assets and collaterals being used during promotions.

·         Working closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and drive the event content strategy and campaigns.

·         Identify the target audience and design lead generation campaigns.

·         Coordinate with the internal marketing team - content, design, operations for any event-based requirements.

·         Work with the event operations team to manage event registrations, attendee communications, ad-hoc event management tasks, data collection and analysis, and lead management.

·         Manage Global events website with page builds and updates

·         Post event reporting and analysis of event activities, funnel and leads nurturing and ROI.

·         Assist with Marketing budget administration.

·         Worked with US Clients.

Desired Skills:

·         Rich Experience in Managing Events, Business Development and Marketing Coordination/Communications

·         Preferably MBA/Mass Communication/Event Management 

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills

·         Proven administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work independently and within a team environment

·         Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Essential)

·         CRM/CMS like Salesforce or Hubspot or Joomla preferred, not necessary
