Main Function:

We are looking for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, integrating and standardizing digital marketing data into a larger centralized reporting environment to develop Tableau-based marketing and sales dashboards.  Ideal candidate will help shape the digital data infrastructure supporting the efficient operation of multichannel marketing campaign and channel reports.  S/He will be responsible for collecting and aggregating digital marketing data across multiple platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Seismic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) into a cube-based reporting structure and providing ongoing data quality management to ensure complete and accurate metrics and reporting trends. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically-savvy analyst to help quantify marketing’s impact on the business in partnership with senior Marketing and IT leads.  The successful candidate will be equally adept at building a solid centralized data foundation and producing highly efficient dashboards.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather data, metric and reporting requirements from marketing and sales managers
  • Source, transform, standardize and integrate digital marketing data into centralized reporting environment
  • Work with multiple data sources (including structured and unstructured) to create an optimize data cubes for consumption by analytical dashboards and / or downstream systems
  • Identify processes and tools to support ongoing data quality management
  • Help to develop and maintain reporting standards and best practices for data reporting and visualization
  • Optimize dashboard performance to support large data sets
  • Partner with Marketing and IT to develop suite of Tableau-based interactive, automated reports


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, analytics or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 3+ years in digital data management and reporting
  • Proficiency in sourcing and integrating multiple marketing data sources into an aggregate view of cross-channel marketing engagement
  • Hands-on expertise building out automated dashboards with Tableau desktop and server
  • Experience with Relational database systems like Sybase, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.
  • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as Python (NumPy, Pandas), Java, C++, Scala, etc.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with Big Data tools: Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Hue, etc. is a plus
  • Solid understanding of leading digital marketing & analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, SFMC, Sprinklr)
  • Experience implementing data quality management processes and controls
