Title: Sourcing Analyst/ Talent Acquisition Enabler

  • Number of days work from office: 3 days a week



We need freshers or 1-2 yrs. experience in the HR on-boarding and Background screening process.


Role Description

An Analyst supports the delivery of the bank’s internal and external recruitment and internal mobility activities. Responsibilities may include candidate management, new hire and local to local onboarding, document and contract management, transaction management, ensuring HR systems are updated and employee system profiles are set up, processing of invoices and involvement in day one orientation activities. An Analyst may also be responsible for background screening to validate candidate background in compliance with applicable regulatory and local legal requirements as detailed in the requisite HR policy, performing checks and validation of screening reports and escalating discrepancies, including immigration compliance where applicable.


Skills and experience:

  • Strong communication (verbal, written)
  • Able to multi-task
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes responsibilities, and escalates issues as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Word and Excel skills required
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end HR functions
  • Apt for customer service & vendor management
  • Eye for detail and open for taking on bigger challenges
  • Seek exceptions in line with the policies
  • Recommends solutions whenever problems are identified


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage background screening process for US hires.
  • Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met daily
  • Ensure cases are checked on daily basis for its progress to clear the screening process
  • Handle escalations and show empathy in all responses
  • Able to suggest and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with the stakeholders and able to work in agile set-up
  • Updating and maintaining internal trackers, notifications to relevant stakeholders and ensure
  • that any queries/follow up emails/conversations are triggered to ensure a smooth process
