·         The ideal candidate will have Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

·         He / She will be expected to prepare, track, guide and deliver the Requirements as per quality and timeline.

·          He / She will be expected to prepare BRD/FRD/SRS/Use Cases and update to appropriate stakeholders and managerial channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.

Job Description & Org Chart

1.       Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2.       Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3.       Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

4.       Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

5.       Performing requirements analysis.

6.       Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

7.       Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

8.       Working closely with clients, technical team, and managerial staff.

9.       Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

10.   Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

11.   Performing user acceptance testing.

12.   Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

13.   Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

14.   Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

15.   Managing competing resources and priorities.

16.   Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
