Institutional Securities Group Architecture Governance Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Architecture Governance is responsible for development, communication and implementation of the Technology Architecture principles, standards, design patterns and governance that inform the development and engineering of the ISG Technology platform in support of the ISG business. The recently created team establishes the architectural priorities and initiate architectural design work as appropriate; leveraging ISG platform technical leadership / CoEs and firm resources as required. Role: We are searching for a Communications and Regulation/Policy Coordinator. The successful applicant will work with the ISG Architecture & Governance Enablement Lead to define and execute monthly newsletter, internal Jive homepage, write relevant stories about technology opportunities in the division. Additionally, the applicant will have understanding of policy and/or regulations utilizing our existing internal policies and external architecture regulations (eg. FFIEC AIO) to measure compliance. Requirements ?Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working with senior leaders ?Experience in building roadmaps and tracking progress against key milestones ?Possesses a strategic flexibility to implement project management approaches to ensure project success?Interdisciplinary background with a focus or demonstration of success in engineering, science, or finance/economics?Practice over theory. Active utilization of core Agile framework, successfully managing scrum teams?Proven ability to take ownership and challenge status-quo, improve process and drive results?Strong team spirit and relationship management skills?Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy?Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change?Experience working in a global financial services firm and/or management consulting is strongly preferred
