Department Profile


The COO Support Headcount Management team is mainly involved in Hiring process and Headcount Management reporting. The core responsibility of the team is to provide accurate, timely data and analysis to stakeholders in global Operations.


Background on the Team


COO Support Headcount Management team provides an integrated suite of Headcount & Management reports. Process includes handling the approvals and tracking for hiring in Operations, generation of headcount reporting for stakeholders and headcount management COO support. Working hours for the Team will be from 11:30 AM IST.

Primary Responsibilities


Hiring Process

  • PeopleTracker and Taleo requisition tracking using various reports.
  • Approvals of PeopleTracker and Taleo requisitions.
  • Weekly & Bi-weekly reports to be sent out to Ops COOs, relationship managers for transparency.
  • Coordinating with RMs on weekly offers to be sent for approval.


Headcount Reporting for Operations

  • Prepare daily & weekly requisitions and headcount reports.
  • Prepare month-end Headcount reports for analysis and distribute to stakeholders.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for RMs on request and respond to queries re Headcount.


Campus Demand & Allocations

  • Coordinate with HR team for Campus Targets & demand for Operations
  • Coordinate with RMs for Campus demand collection
  • Coordinate with RPs on roles assigned for Campus demand.
  • Prepare reports for tracking campus target vs demand.



Skills required (essential)


  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Reporting & Analysis.
  • Well organized with High regard for attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow-up skills
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing is critical
  • Managing deadlines efficiently
  • Highly committed and self-motivated



Skills desired


  • Basic Knowledge of Excel Macros (VBA) & Access Database will be an added advantage
