Location: Mumbai

E-shop manager is responsible to implement web content, manage new launches. through constant review and iteration. Strive to deliver best in class digital customer experience across marketplaces & e-retailers.


Primary Responsibilities include:

  1. Owner of Seller Centre; Responsible for execution of activity plan for their Brand and Platform (Brand Store, Campaign Page, Product Page); Responsible of the maintenance of their product pages, and for daily Algorithm Mastery and SEO on Platform along with the activity based team ( SDC)
  2. Co-ordinates all Merchandising, Pricing and Product Info with Cataloger team
  3. Tracks performance in real time in Seller Centre and makes daily recommendations on improvements to the plan. Inputs for the Data are provided by the Analytics team
  4. Co-ordinates Changes product titles, descriptions, attributes to ensure that all products are SEM & SEO optimized on platform with support of the Merchandizer and Activity roles team ( SDC)
  5. Flags any potential ATP issues on Hero SKUs.
  6. Sets weekly seller picks, analysing performance each day.
  7. Maintains Live Feed.
  8. Co-ordinates On-platform execution & optimization.
  9. Key Word Optimization on Product Detail Page with the Web Dev team / SEO Specialist
  10. Execute content plan with the support from the SDC ( Activity Based team)

Skills and experience:

  • University Degree is necessary and\or certifications are necessary, Project Manager knowledge is highly appreciated.
  • 2-3 years of work experience (eComm/eContent operations experience)
  • Should be well versed with PIM & DAM applications and product attribute requirements (PIM & DAM application hands on experience)
  • Good knowledge on marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, etc.) and it’s requirements, product content/data requirements
  • Ability to understand & build Retailer Channel mapping in PIM (Product Information Management System)/Syndicator similar skill to VBA
  • Understanding of Web (Google Preferred) analytics data and performance tracking
  • Excellent web customer experience sensibility
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Working experience with Ecommerce background.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (Ecom domain)
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills including ability to interact effectively with internal and external team
  • An organized and planned approach to work with the ability to move things swiftly despite several dependencies. Appreciation of the need for documentation.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment

  • Understanding of the Ecommerce domain
  • Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way.
  • Can deal with last minute changes and issues and pressure situations
  • Requires timely decision making at all times – most problem being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others.
  • Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood.
