SAP BASIS Consultant should have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of SAP relevant experience. Must have done at least one implementation and one support Project.

Should have mandatory hands – on experince in Sybase and MaxDB. Should have Experince in Solman, Candidate should have troubleshooting skills to solve any BASIS and related issues.

Consultant should have the ability for understanding an organization's business requirements, training end-users, sorting out the end user's day-to-day queries and providing solution to the issues raised by Business, as well as have good communication skills.
