·        Understand and learn the details of each job requirements, technical requirements, project location, duration, etc.

·         Identify qualified candidates utilizing various sources like, internal resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc.

·        To conduct preliminary technical and HR screening to assess technical skill level, as well as communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.

·        To build and maintain relationships candidate.

·        Maintaining SourcePro recruitment portal on timely basis.

·        Need to take part in daily meetings and discussions and be a proactive member.

·        To work independently and within a team, ability to Multi Task.

·        To think laterally to solve problems.

·        Need to work on agreed deadlines.

·        Track record of delivering commitments on time and qualit.
