Team Profile:
Operations Information Security Team ensures adequate controls are in place, through providing an integrated risk and control framework to govern, assess, mitigate, and manage financial and operational risk for Client Operations. We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated candidate in Operations InfoSec team to support Entitlements Management; Segregation of Duties; Cyber Security Awareness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate implementation of Firm wide information protection policy and procedures and assist with the review and periodic recertification of policy/program exceptions granted within Global Operations
- Primarily Support the Operations Entitlements Management program to safeguard the Firm’s information assets
- Ensure that Global Operations complies with the Firmwide Segregation of Duty policy and procedure requirements and perform quality reviews on the mitigating controls implemented
- Promote education and awareness around the Operations Information Security Program regarding Firm best practices to improve information security awareness and policy compliance
- Coordinate with Technology Information Risk unit for simulated phishing results and provide monthly update to ORRC Senior Management.
- Support Firm-wide information & Global Operations security related forums and governance committees that assist in identifying, raising, and discussing BU-specific information security requirements and resolving any issues in partnership with various cross divisions team including Technology and Information Risk (TIR)

Skills required (essential)
Prior Information Security, Entitlement experience. Operational Risk Management experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts, and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders across the business and technology
- Proficiency with Asset lifecycle, data management, End User Computing Tools (spreadsheets and databases) and other standard computing applications (PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and Management
