·        Over 4-8 years of professional experience in Recruitment & Staffing industry; working/worked as a Recruitment Team Lead, Account Management, in a highly competitive environment.

·        Handled team of more than 6 to 7 recruiters in present job role.

·        Worked with Product based/Service based clients

·        Worked with vendors for fulfilling the open requirements on a daily basis. And handled other activities negotiating with the client on the Approvals & On-boardings etc.

·        Responsible for the fulfillment of all recruitment needs and takes care of the entire recruitment cycle.

·        Having good experience in recruitment in IT, Non IT, KPO, BFSI, Retail, Pharma, Medical domain.

·        Good interpersonal and technical skills to interact with end user, managers and technical personnel.

·        Develops recruiting, sourcing and retention strategies and related action plans while implementing best practices to support the talent needs of the organization

·        Performed End to End Full-Cycle Recruiting: Right from collecting requirements, Studying, Analyzing, Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling, Interviewing, offering, negotiating and closing candidates for assigned requisitions

·        Worked on contract, contract to hire, and contingency requirements for different locations in response to clients project needs

·        Team player able to balance the needs of both clients and candidates to maximize company profits

·        Consulting and partnering with the firm's senior management team, to help deliver business objectives in India through the attraction, acquisition and integration of top talent across all businesses/functions.

·        Draft job descriptions, publish them in all the talent acquisition channels and coordinate candidate sourcing Hygiene check.

·        Screen candidates and conduct interviews to ensure their qualifications meet our job requirement.

·        Utilizing innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.

·        Experience in various modes of Sourcing.

·        Reviewing risk and quality plans to ensure necessary mitigation and continuous improvement plans are identified and implemented with the help of Team Managers.
