Project Coordinator Job Description
Program Coordinator will work with the Global Solutions team to help with administrative tasks on various solutions projects/programs. They ensure all team members and departments have what is needed to meet the deadlines and milestones set by the project team. To do this, project coordinators must be familiar with every aspect of the solutions, including all short and long-term goals, processes, team structure etc.
The Project Coordinator’s goal is to enable the Global Solutions team to focus on broader issues and any problems that may arise by managing the day-to-day minutiae of a project. Sometimes project coordinators may expand their responsibilities to include multiple projects or move into project management roles with more oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
Track overall health and progress of the program
Manage program deliverables by tracking, monitoring and thorough follow up through completion
Collaborate with the key stakeholders to create PowerPoint presentations for the programs
Update the shared space to track assigned program deliverables and communication
Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and record meeting input and action items.
Identify process improvement opportunities, initiate corrective action
Aligning remote teams and bringing everyone on the same page
Ensure programs are staying within the planned time
Coordinate for ongoing issues and risks across the program, and follow up on mitigation plan
Effective management and utilization of firm’s resources and tools
