People Operations Specialist
Implement and execute an employer brand strategy that promotes client's Bangalore as an attractive employer to potential and current employees.
Create engaging content and campaigns that target prospective and current employees, showcasing the client's employee value proposition, employee benefits, and career development opportunities.
Manage the company's online reputation as an employer through social media, slack channels, and other channels.
Conduct research and gather data on competitors, industry trends, and employee sentiment to continuously improve and evolve the employer brand strategy.
Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as content partners and recruitment specific publications to enhance the client Bangalore’s employer brand.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of the employer brand strategy and campaigns, using analytics and metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications and must have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in social media and other digital marketing channels.
Knowledge of employer branding best practices and trends.
