Description:
Duties: Responsible for the upkeep, configure End user/Desktop support engineer with 6-7 year experience.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the end user support team.
Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations.
Record and track team SLAs and workflows on a daily basis.
Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner, Should have good experience in Desktop/laptop support, printers
Hands on experience with installation/configuration of Windows 10, Microsoft Office365 & other desktop applications
Experience in OS imaging process, scripting.
Experience in supporting remote and mobile connectivity technologies (VPN )
Good understanding of ITIL process & experience in service desk tools
Level 1 Network & Windows server administration support
Strong PC/Laptop troubleshooting skills &Strong problem solving and communication skills
A team player withExcellent communicator, both oral and writtenShould have knowledge on AV & telecommunication devices, should be able to manager zoom meetings, Events and town hall. Preferable with Linux support & Mac support.
