Job Description

  • Duties: Responsible for the upkeep, configure End user/Desktop support engineer with 6-7 year experience.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the end user support team.
  • Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations.
  • Record and track team SLAs and workflows on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner, Should have good experience in Desktop/laptop support, printers
  • Hands on experience with installation/configuration of Windows 10, Microsoft Office365 & other desktop applications
  • Experience in OS imaging process, scripting.
  • Experience in supporting remote and mobile connectivity technologies (VPN )
  • Good understanding of ITIL process & experience in service desk tools
  • Level 1 Network & Windows server administration support
  • Strong PC/Laptop troubleshooting skills &Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • A team player withExcellent communicator, both oral and writtenShould have knowledge on AV & telecommunication devices, should be able to manager zoom meetings, Events and town hall. Preferable with Linux support & Mac support.
