TMG Trade Process Support - APAC
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the APAC Derivatives Teams. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day activities.
Job Description
- Generating automated Pricing Supplement
- Making sure that same information are in line across various internal systems
- Requesting signature of the Pricing Supplement
- Sending Pricing Supplement to BoNY
- Uploading documents in the system chasing for approvals if needed
- Addressing any particular issue in the system while performing tasks
- Pricing of Japanese trades booked in NY
- Double check/ Enrichment of Trades for Structured Notes & Swaps.
- NAV Validation as part of reconciliation process for Algo index.
- Expense process – processing of invoices.
Desired Skill set:
- BBA with 1-2 years derivative work experience or
- Fresh MBA/ BE with some exposure on VBA/ Macro
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA/Macro will be an added advantage.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactiveness towards learning and executing tasks.
