Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of documentation to internal and external customers.
Develop internal and external customer contacts to gather service quality feedback and devise improvement strategies.
Lead continual improvement initiatives related to authoring, standards, methodologies, business systems and publishing software.
Develop and sustain required documentation, related business systems and training.
Participate in recruiting and talent management of team.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Associates Degree in Business related subject
5+ years’ experience as Document Controller / Specialist
Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge/ability
SAP knowledge is a plus
