Job Description

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for contract hire placements; developed job descriptions and post positions on internal and external websites and job boards; actively sourced for passive talent; conducted resume reviews and pre-screens with both external and internal candidates.
  • Mentoring team members in the recruitment process and guide them in better understanding of job descriptions to get potential candidates.
  • Attend Client’s supplier calls in order to have better understanding about the position and represent the potential candidate to the hiring manager.
  • Develop and maintain candidate’s pipeline.
  • Recruit candidates.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all applicants during all stages of the hiring process
  • Inform potential applicants about client facilities, operations, benefits, and career opportunities within the organization.
  • Recruit in a high-volume requisition environment for positions in the field of Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Administration.
  • Pre-screen candidates and prep candidates for interviews
  • Utilize job boards, social networking, social media, being creative an “out of the box” thinker to
