Job Description

 

  • Working on daily assigned roles and making target submissions on assigned KPI on daily basis
  • Need to stay in touch with TL/ATL to ask for new requirement daily, to identify priority requirements and stay on top of every new/priority requirement assigned to them to get submissions in 4-6 hours
  • Making sure to identify at least strong 50 candidates for every requirement in first 4-6 hours and connect with them
  • Should be proficient to work on ATS and various sourcing tools like LinkedIn, indeed, CB, Monster, Dice etc. to find best candidates for requirement
  • Proactively connect with ATL/TL to seek help to achieve submissions for new requirement in first 4-6 hours
  • Will be having detailed discussion on Job Opportunity with candidate to create rapport on the first call
  • To keep candidate warm, will stay in touch with  every    candidate once a week   after submitting them with client
  • Be one point of contact through Recruitment Cycle & will take care of sending short listing email to candidate & get 3 availability & share with AM to set up an interview with client
  • Taking care of interview confirmation, prep, debrief and be updated for every interview confirmation at least before 2 hours of interview schedule
  • Will be making sure that every candidate is updated with progress on their application with client
  • Connecting once every month once candidate starts with client to stay in touch & taking care in case if he/she needs any help.
