Job Description
Primarily Accountable for driving the Corporate Recruitment Team; Leadership role in recruiting, selection & performance management
Manage business and HR projects/initiatives including organizational efficiency reviews, high potential development programs, ongoing diversity initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning & annual performance management process
Work closely with the Business Leaders & employees, conduct meetings & performance review meets
Driving and implementing Employee Relations aspect of HR Strategy, including employee management concerns, grievance handling and investigation resolution
Experience in analyzing the situation, drawing conclusions and providing viable recommendations for ambiguous situations
Manage the employee life cycle from on boarding till separation
To conduct regular structured interventions to understand and to educate employees of policies & procedure updates
To conduct interaction with new joiners, in order to educate them of the HR practices & know how of the organization
Coordinates on cross-functional HR team meetings, collaboration spaces and agendas
Addressing skip level meeting in regards to PIP, breach of conduct
Circulating HR analysis reports pertaining to Manpower Planning, Head count, attrition for different vertical
Goal setting exercise / performance planning exercise, Annual Appraisals, Analysis
