Job Description

  • Primarily Accountable for driving the Corporate Recruitment Team; Leadership role in recruiting, selection & performance management
  • Manage business and HR projects/initiatives including organizational efficiency reviews, high potential development programs, ongoing diversity initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning & annual performance management process
  • Work closely with the Business Leaders & employees, conduct meetings & performance review meets
  • Driving and implementing Employee Relations aspect of HR Strategy, including employee management concerns, grievance handling and investigation resolution
  • Experience in analyzing the situation, drawing conclusions and providing viable recommendations for ambiguous situations
  • Manage the employee life cycle from on boarding till separation
  • To conduct regular structured interventions to understand and to educate employees of policies & procedure updates
  • To conduct interaction with new joiners, in order to educate them of the HR practices & know how of the organization
  • Coordinates on cross-functional HR team meetings, collaboration spaces and agendas
  • Addressing skip level meeting in regards to PIP, breach of conduct
  • Circulating HR analysis reports pertaining to Manpower Planning, Head count, attrition for different vertical
  • Goal setting exercise / performance planning exercise, Annual Appraisals, Analysis
