Job Description:
The role entails primarily to support the overall Non-Contract Cost and Payroll financial management including planning & forecasting, reporting analysis, hierarchy management, WBSE usage advisory and long range planning. Support leadership and serve as the finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with the Market and Service groups, entity leadership teams, directors of operations, business operation team and HR.

Key Functions:-?
- Deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality.
- Assisting the CFO/Deputy/Finance Leads on Planning/forecasting related activities.
- Monthly follow up on forecast. Provide analysis and actionable insights on the monthly variances of Actuals vs. forecast.
- Assist in NCC Adhoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling and collaborate with/enable business to deliver expected outcomes.
- Interact with finance leads to provide response to their requests related to finance.
- Managing Biz-inquiry requests related to SAP Financials structure maintenance (WBSe, CC, PC, FUN).
Educational Qualification: MBA/CA/ICWA with around 4-6 Years of Experience

Areas with the High Level of Proficiency:-
- Understanding the business, learn and become SME on the key KPIs and drivers of the KPIs for the business.
- Know and manage your stakeholder (Executive Presence)
- Effective and proactive communications
- Manage one initiative on Cost management (M&O / MDI / Payroll / SAP structure / Estimation…)
- Manage one DTE/MU independently on its advisory needs
- Performance management for team members
Skills & Work Experience
Must have
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skill is a must.
- Macros, Power BI and database management skills desirable.
- Experience on SAP and BR reporting.
- Advance level in English (Oral/Written)
- Value and Outcome driven approach and focus to deliverables / initiatives
