Required Experience & Skills
§ Experience of Payment Operations either from a BAU or project perspective including daily activities like investigations, reconciliations,
§ Some understanding of Payment processing including Swift messaging and payment flows
§ Experience of business analysis and documentation of Operational procedures/workflows and business requirements ideally in the Banking Operations payment processing area.
§ Experience of conducting testing and defining test cases and test planning
§ Strong collaboration skills to partner with different stakeholders (e.g. Operation, Tech, Product owners…etc) from both offshore and onshore locations.
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills
§ Proven analytical and problem solving skills

Desired Experience & Skills
§ Ability to prioritise and plan activities. Some Project Management skills would be advantageous in the terms of defining milestones and providing updates to wider audience. Ability to track progress and provide regular updates
§ Experience in implementing and supporting testing on E2E payments processing with complex technical environment / solutions
§ Understanding of IT infrastructures including APIs, databases, application servers, network and channels etc
§ Experience with testing tools and technologies
§ Ability to use Ms Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
