Reporting to: Virtual Cluster Manager Supervising: Virtual Insurance Manager Location:



· Responsible for

§ Virtual recruitment of Insurance Managers through self and MLI curated leads

§ Continuously engaging with Insurance Managers digitally and drive growth of Insurance Managers

§ Meeting Business targets by generating new business with the help of Insurance Managers, in virtual mode

§ Customer Centricity



· Insurance Manager Recruitment

§ Develop various sources of Insurance Manager hiring & build a team and pipe line of the same

§ Build strong relation with Insurance Manager through digital engagement to generate fresh referral for new Insurance Manager hiring, and fresh leads for new business

§ Implementation of VSF Digital process and adhere to the business norms

§ Follow Insurance Manager 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms


· Insurance Manager Growth and Development

§ Ensure understanding of insurance by MLI ways of training

§ Ensure complete understanding of growth opportunity by Insurance Manager

§ Support Insurance Manager in procuring new business throughout the value chain

§ Development of Insurance Manager prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits

§ Work with Insurance Manager on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

§ Identify the training needs of the Insurance Manager and work with trainers to improve the same


· Meet Business Targets

§ Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans

§ Improve Insurance Manager productivity & persistency by regular digital connect with both Insurance Managers and business prospects

§ Ensure companies product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms

§ Maintain Insurance Manager pro activity as per business plan

§ Actively share commitments, performance status with the Virtual Cluster Manager


· Customer Centricity

§ Be MLI brand ambassador & a customer champion

§ Follow MLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty

§ Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need

§ Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MLI standard

§ Ensuring need-base selling and future persistency and customer satisfaction

Min Qualification: Graduate preferably with an MBA/Post Graduation.

CTC: - Up to 3.5 LPA

Age between 24-32 years

Work experience 3-5 yrs. years in sales; insurance sales, tele-sales preferable

Familiarity with skills in recruitment & development of teams, strong networking
