KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment- Team Building
· Identify, select and recruit insurance sales manager
· Ensure successful onboarding and launch of the managers, with high focus on process- orientation and quality training
· Ensure building of sustainable relationships and trust with team and key customer accounts through open and interactive communication in digital/virtual mode
Sales- Unit Revenue Generation
· Exceed revenue targets
· Drive Unit Productivity as per company norms
· Ensure 100% month-on-month activation of managers on both recruitment and sales
· Counsel and mentor team in order to ensure managers are capable and motivated to achieve operating plans/business targets
· Ensure that all executives under supervision perform 100% as per the company’s rules and regulations wrt. need-based selling, compliance and customer service
· Ensure 0-free-look cancellations, renewal payment by rightful selling
Ensure smooth business functioning
· Effectively manage, track and convert leads provided by the in-house operating teams
· Engage with customers to provide quick response to customer queries, provide customer service
· Educate team/ prospects about MIL products vis-à-vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions
· Conduct Fortnightly performance review (PRP) with executives
· Supervise daily activity plan of all executives to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels
