Primary Responsibilities:-

- Cost center maintenance -  New Cost center creation, closure & Cost center org change request.

- Maintaining Headcount Tracker on Bi-weekly basis

- Weekly Open headcount role tracking and reporting

- Tracking invoice payment and Accruals

- Monthly Headcount reduction tracking and reporting

- Monthly Location Strategy tracking and report

- Monthly Risk and Opportunity tracking and reporting

- Preparing monthly business review Pack

- Variance Analysis – Commercial and Headcount

Skills required (essential)

• Well organized with High regard for attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong client/customer service orientation
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing is critical
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent follow-up skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel 2007, PowerPoint skills
• Managing Tight deadlines
• Highly committed and self-motivated
