Client has been operating in India for over 20 years. It has a premier institutional securities platform in India, providing a full range of investment banking, capital markets, equities, fixed income, commodities and derivative products, as well as research services. In addition to the front office, there are several other business units like Technology, Fund Services, Finance and Operations, based out of India.
Client India Technology teams are based in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The technology staff has a vibrant and diverse mix of technologists working on different technologies and functional domains. There is a large focus on innovation, inclusion, giving back to the community and sharing knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
|
· To be part of Technology CAO organization in the India GC and work with employee, workplace & risk initiatives
· Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically on daily challenges or opportunities
· Interact and coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of any issues related to the initiatives in the areas of responsibility
· Manage the communications for the team on Jive / Sharepoint / internal collaboration tools
· Manage any issues or escalations within the areas and resolve them by taking appropriate systemic support as and when required
· To prepare management decks on a periodic basis to support senior management across the BU
· Coordinate and manage projects / process improvements as agreed with stakeholders by the team
· Support inter-departmental teams for any short term projects or activities as and when required
· Manage, track and report on projects as per agreed metrics in the team areas as required

“Must Have” Skills for this role
|
• 2-3 years work experience in a project management / coordinator role in Business Operations teams or COO teams in an MNC
• Must be Organized, accurate and dependable, with ability to multi-task and be motivated to work on a broad range of activities, from strategic through to tactical
• Demonstrated communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong xls and PPT skills
• Strong analytical, project management and logical skills required
• Attention to Detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high integrity
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
• Bachelors Degree essential
