Job Description



  • Interfaces with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment right from requisition management to sourcing screening, offer management.
  • Consults with hiring manager and follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.
  • Develops sourcing plan and conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, social media etc.), including cross-border sourcing when applicable.
  • Effectively screens and counsels internal applicants and manages the internal applicant process.
  • Continuously closes qualified candidates and works to drive offer acceptance.
  • Executes accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics in client’s ATS and/or other tracking mechanism such as Excel.
  • Responsible for supporting the overall profitability of the program/account.


Skills required:


  • Experience in volume hiring preferrable is preferred
  • Experience in managing end-to-end process including offer negotiations
  • Must have strong Stakeholder Management experience
  • MIS & Reporting.





  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 3-5 years in end-to-end recruitment
